You need to know how to handle that unexpected call from a journalist.
You need to know how to control the situation and get your message across. The best way of doing
this is via realistic press interview simulations; hard-hitting, aggressive – both on radio and in front of
the camera. It is constructive baptism of fire that teaches you how to handle the very worst kind of
crisis interview with confidence and control. The training will give you the upper hand, ensure you
remain calm and allows you to own the media agenda – rather than being on the back foot.
Our training helps you understand the priorities and pressures of the media; helps you control the
media agenda; shows you how to prepare effectively when there is a potential crisis and provides
you with the necessary techniques to handle aggressive interviews.
Most importantly, it ensures that a critical issue does not become a media crisis, simply because no
one invested in some ground-work media training first!
